 Some useful information:

Stock Information:
When you view the Stock information on a product this is our
warehouse stock and as such may not be available straight
away from our retail shop. Please call if you wish to find
out if its available in house.Â
You will also notice down the categories on the left hand
side one called --Shop Items--.
Categories under this are additional shop items and the
stock quantities their are real time from our Retail Shop.
Deliveries:Â
At present there are 3 options for delivery and one for shop
collection.
The three delivery options are all to the UK mainland only.
Standard delivery has a 2-3 day delivery time.
Express delivery as long as the order is placed
before 12.00 is for next day delivery.
Saturday delivery requires that we have the stock
and the order is placed before Friday 12.00.
Shop Collection items ordered for shop collection
will usually be available for next day collection. We shall
contact you once its ready for collection.

We hope to bring in a local delivery rate for customer
within the Medway Area. Keep watching for more info.

Backordered Items
We have turned on the option to allow backorders. This
allows you to place an order on the website for any of
the goods even if there not in stock. We have done this
as we may be able to source the product or similar from
else where. We shall contact you upon your order.
Existing Customers:Â
If you had signed up on the old website then you will need
to request a New Password. This is for your security. To
request your new password please Click
here and enter the email address you have registered
with us on the old site. As long as the site can find your
existing account you will be sent a new password or which
you can change when logged into the site.
