Computer & Laptop Over Haul

If your computer is getting old and a bit slow then why not let Medway Computers over view your system and see whether we can upgrade any areas within it. The investigation as the whether we can Upgrade your system is Free and if we find we can upgrade it then we will provide you with a No obligation Quote Free of Charge as well.
 

Computer & Laptop Repair

Is your computer or laptop dying, slowing down or generally not behaving as it used to?
Then for a small Investigation fee our qualified engineers will diagnose any problems with your system and recommend which parts need to be repaired, replaced or re installed.
Just bring your system into us without the keyboard, mouse and monitor so that we can book it into our system. If its a laptop then please bring your mains charger in with it as well.
Our engineers will try and recommend a solution as quickly as possible, providing you with information as to how long it will take and what costs are involved.
A Priority Service is available should you require a quicker than normal turn around at an additional cost.

Remote Fix

If you have a problem on your system and you can still connect to the internet then we may be able to offer you our Remote Fix Service.
Basically this allows us to take control of your Computer without having to come to your home or Business. Everything is done via your broadband connection.
To take advantage of this you will need a broadband connection and then give us a call. We will talk you through a simple connection process which involves you to browse to a website and enter a code. Then you just need to allow us access onto your computer by clicking a couple of options.
Whilst we are remote controlling your computer you can at any time disconnect us should you wish. Also once we are disconnected there is no way we can remote control your computer again without your authorisation.
 

On Site Services

Not only do Medway Computers do work at their premises but we can also supply qualified engineers to come to your Home or Business if this is more convent to you.

Please note we may not be able to repair some computers if we do not carry the required component.
Also we do not support Linux or other non windows operating system.
Software repairs can only be carried out on computers bearing the Microsoft operating system license and the original Disks or recovery media supplied to you may be required.
